Work

I have founded or co-founded seven companies in three countries. I don’t talk or write about work very much, and that isn’t going to change here. As a business owner, I am “at work” almost all the time and I relish my “free time”. In addition, most of the projects I have worked on are covered by confidentiality clauses. If you read even a little bit of my writing, you can see that I don’t hold very much back. I want all of my past, current, and future clients and business partners to rest easy knowing that I am not going to talk about our work together in public.

Having issued that disclaimer and rationale, there are some things I can and will share with you. I usually describe my work as International Business Consulting, because I don’t do just one type of work, work in just one or two fields, or work within one geographic area. I like to analyze problems and develop solutions. I love strategic planning and project management. I get very excited about technology, and finding ways to use technology to increase efficiency and productivity. My passion for words allows me to find the creativity in writing contracts. My background in world religion and philosophy combined with a constant itch to travel and learn how people in other places really live their day-to-day lives makes international work a perfect fit.

Building Dedication

I have been working hard to balance the pursuit of a certain level of commercial success and a desire to work on projects that are near to my heart. RAI is poised to combine these two objectives like never before. It can feel silly when you say it out loud, but I want to save the world. Despite the grandiose nature of such a statement, if no-one makes that their objective, how can it ever happen?
